Activation

How do I activate my account?

To activate your account you have to create an account on the Dental Photo Master platform. Use the SUBSCRIBE button to register. To have access to the full content of our service you have to have a valid paid subscription.

Why can’t I activate my account?

Please check your email. When you complete the subscription, you will get an activation email with a link. You need to use the link to finish the registration process. Please check your Junk or Spam folder for the verification email.

Can I watch the content for free?

As an unregistered User, you can watch FREE lessons. Most of these are Introductions, which explain what you will learn.
To have full access to the content of Dental Photo Master you have to be a registered user with a valid and paid subscription.

Can I get Newsletter for free?

Yes. If you are not a registered user, please join our Newsletter to be always up to date with news, ideas, and inspirations. We respect your time. We will send the Newsletter only once a month. Inside you will find inspiration and practical tips & tricks about dental photography.

Group Membership

How can I get group membership access?
If you are representing the Society, University or Dental School, you can apply for a special access for the Group Membership. In such a case, please contact us using CONTACT Form. Choose topic OTHERS and type at the top of your message: GROUP MEMBERSHIP Request.
In the message send us information about the Society/University or Company you represent and how many licenses you want to buy.

Login + Password

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to your account using LOGIN button.
2. Use the drop down menu next to your Username at the top right of the page and select ACCOUNT DETAILS.
3. Click EDIT button in LOG IN INFORMATION section to change your email address and password.
4. Use SAVE CHANGES button to save it.

Can I log into the Dental Photo Master from any computer with my username and password, or am I limited to a single computer?

Yes, you can log into Dental Photo Master from any internet-connected computer. However, you can log into one computer at a time.

I forgot or never received my username and password. How can I get it?

To retrieve your username or password, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Log in button.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Dental Photo Master account and click REQUEST RESET LINK.
4. You will receive an email with your username and instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, the link to reset your password will expire in 4 hours.

I can’t remember my username and email, what should I do?

If you have your paid account, recover your username by entering your email address. If you can’t remember your email address, contact Customer Service at info@dentalphotomaster.com or call +48601656273.

I submitted a request to reset my password, but I didn’t receive the email with instructions. What should I do?

Check your junk and spam folders for a message from info@dentalphotomaster.com

Troubleshooting

The videos will not play. How can I get them to play?
Try one of the options listed below:
1. Check your Internet connection.
2. Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies or log out and log in back.
3. Restart you computer.
4. Make sure any privacy software, security software, or browser add-ons you may be running are not causing the problem
5. Try using different web browser like Chrome or Firefox.
I don’t see the training I’m looking for. Can I send a request for training to be added to the online library?
We keep track of every request we receive and are happy to help and solve the problems. By sending the request for specific topic or training you help us to bring the best content, which will fit your needs.
1. Select Contact form using CONTACT button at the bottom of the page.
2. Choose a topic: Content/Author/Questions
3. Type your request and send your message.
What kind of bandwidth does Dental Photo Master require?
The minimum requirements are 2Mbps but we recommend 3Mbps or higher.
Why does the streaming movie keep pausing?
You may be experiencing slow data transfer. If you pause the movie and wait for more (or all) of it to download before you resume playing, it will play without stopping. You can tell how much of the movie has downloaded by looking at the controller bar at the bottom of the player window. You will see the bar fill in with white, from left to right, as the movie downloads. Once the controller bar is completely filled in with white, the movie has finished downloading.
How do I find a specific subject or topic I’m looking for?
Dental Photo Master has a few options to find a specific topic:
1. Use Online Training Library and scroll through Categories and Courses inside.
2. Use “Search in page” window with the loupe symbol. Type in the a short text you are looking for and start search.
3. If you experience any problems send an email to CUSTOMER SERVICE info@dentalphotomaster.com or use Contact form to send us a message.
These FAQ’s have not solved my problem.
