The 1 terabyte SanDisk Extreme UHS-I microSDXC is already available and it costs $450. If you need less, feel free to choose the 512 GB version for $200.

The 1TB capacity is its biggest value, but not the only one.

Impressive speeds

The monstrous card features read speed of up to 160MB/s and write speeds of up to 90MB/s (for fast shooting). These parametres, as the producer says, will let us transfer any files twice as fast as with any standard UHS-I microSD card.

What does it mean in practice? Transfering 1000 high resolution photos and 30 minutes of 4K movie (smaller than 24 GB) in less than 3 minutes. It’s possible thanks to the newest flash technology from Western Digital.

What’s more, these products cooperate with the data recovery RescuePRO Deluxe6 software and are compatible with the A2 specification. This allows to run all saved applications in the blink of an eye.
